Ospreys homeowners Y11 Sport & Media have an additional 30 days to barter their proposed takeover of Cardiff.
The preliminary interval of exclusivity to barter the deal has expired with the deadline prolonged by the Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) to Wednesday, 22 April.
