The Skerries 100 motorbike street race has been deserted after a deadly accident on Sunday.
The incident occurred within the Junior Assist race, which was the second race of the day.
A press release from the Loughshinny Motorbike Supporters Membership, which organises the races, mentioned it “regrets to introduced a competitor has sadly handed away following a tragic accident that occurred throughout a race”.
